Artificial intelligence helps the State Inspectorate for Control over the Use of Real Estate in Moscow monitor various works underway in the city, from the preparation stage to their completion. A special neural network analyzes all images from quadcopters and city surveillance cameras and reveals the fact of construction work on city land or real estate. This, in turn, allows inspectors to detect illegal works faster and respond to them more quickly.
After processing the photos, software algorithms use city information systems from which they collect data on land plots and non-commercial real estate objects: area characteristics, availability of registered property rights and other information, which can be compared to make a conclusion about the presence or absence of violations. All data on violations and documents on the objects go to the inspectors, who conduct an on-site inspection.
