Employees need the support of artificial intelligence for career development
A survey conducted by Oracle and Workplace Intelligence showed disappointing results: The majority of office workers surveyed are experiencing difficulties with their career development and personal life. At the same time, survey participants expressed the hope that artificial intelligence and new technology will help them overcome difficulties better than human advisors. It turned out that 85% expect technology to help them choose the skills they need to develop, 75% prefer to rely on robots for life-changing advice, and 82% of respondents believe that robots are better at career development than humans - they provide unbiased advice. And, of course, 87% of employees believe employers should pay more attention to their needs. In addition, 55% of employees would prefer to stay at a company that uses AI algorithms and other technologies to support career development.
