Problem Currently, the search for hidden or incipient defects in solids and aggregates is often done manually, followed by manual decryption. Decryption depends on the qualifications of the specialist. This affects the quality and timing of defect detection. Solution Neuroscanner developed and received a patent for a method for automatically decrypting defectograms and digitized signals: - in real time; - with auto search for optimal solutions to problems; - with proposals for priority, planned and overhaul; - with a built-in system of automatic predictive diagnostics, in neural networks without human involvement with an accuracy of 85% (future plans include, a growing indicator to 97.7).
